With a strong background in mechanical design and energy modelling, FCDS are well positioned to undertake building tuning and energy management for various types of buildings, including commercial, education and hotels.
We use our knowledge and experience to analyse building performance, not just against its own historical performance, but against benchmarks of similar building types and plant systems. By analysing different energy categories, not just total energy consumption, we are able to provide an insight into building operations and identify targeted areas for improvement.
