Bannister Road development includes two warehouses on a single lot with each warehouse compromising of office spaces. Located in Canning Vale, the Primewest Bannister Road industrial facility exemplifies sustainable innovation. FCDS provided comprehensive Green Star Assessment and ESD consulting, leading to a 5 Star Green Star Design & As Built certification. The project notably incorporated green concrete and conducted a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), achieving a 30% reduction in embodied carbon compared to traditional construction methods.
