The Kinross Care Community is a state-of-the-art aged care facility developed by Amana Living in Perth’s northern suburbs. Our team conducted detailed assessments to ensure the building met the energy efficiency requirements outlined in Section J of the National Construction Code (NCC). This included evaluating the building’s fabric, glazing, sealing, HVAC systems, and lighting to optimise energy performance and occupant comfort.
