Located in Perth’s eastern industrial corridor, the 26 Nardine Close project involved the development of a purpose-built facility tailored for Steelforce. FCDS provided comprehensive Green Star Assessment and ESD consulting services, contributing to the project’s achievement of a 5 Star Green Star certification, signifying Australian Excellence in sustainable industrial design.

The facility spans approximately 8,401 m² and includes wide bays designed for efficient storage of long steel products. Engineering solutions were implemented to accommodate high crane traffic, enhancing operational efficiency and minimizing downtime. The development also features RAV7 access, facilitating seamless logistics operations .
