One40 William Street Perth

The One40 William Street project will remain as one of the icons of Perth’s boom. Released by the State Government as a design competition, the project sought to set new benchmarks in architectural design and sustainability in Perth.

The project was completed in 2010 and is the largest Green Star as built rating in WA. Including innovative façade design and shading, as well as a grey water plant, the building includes some of the key design features required to deliver 5 star Office Design V3 ratings. In addition, being delivered as a D&C, the project provided Graham – in his role as AECOM project manager and lead sustainability engineer – with excellent experience in managing sustainable outcomes through a rigorous value management process.
