The project scope includes a new development built over 4 levels consisting of 2855m2 Woolworths Supermarket with 227m2 BWS liquor tenancy adjacent on ground floor. 63m2 Specialty tenancy to ground floor, 598m2 Early Learning Centre over 2 Levels (on second and third levels) plus 510m2 of additional outdoor play space on the second floor. First Floor and Second Floor car parking allowing for 187 car parking bays. Inner city project designed by Hames Sharley and built by Broad construction under a Design and Construct contract.
