We recognise that early stages of a project are critical for success and always try and put some ‘skin in the game’ by conducting early engagement workshops and design coordination meetings, working through value engineering exercises, or ‘on spec’ requirements to get opportunities through feasibility and resilience, as the central focus of the project.
