With formal qualifications as a NABERS Assessor across multiple categories and a Green Star Accredited Professional (GSAP) for Design & As Built, Buildings, Communities and Performance tools, Imran brings comprehensive knowledge of compliance frameworks and environmental certification standards to every project. His expertise spans energy modelling, mechanical design analysis, and post-construction building tuning, where he has led performance optimisation efforts for a wide range of educational, commercial, residential, and industrial assets across metropolitan Perth.

Originally trained as a petroleum engineer, Imran transitioned into sustainable design with a focus on practical engineering integration and operational efficiency. He is highly skilled in using platforms such as AutoCAD, IES VE, HAP, and FanTech, and has contributed to numerous successful Green Star certifications by supporting strategy development, documentation, and commissioning advice. His ability to peer review design documentation — informed by years of hands-on site and design experience — ensures that projects are both technically robust and environmentally aligned.
