Situated at 96 Lakes Road, Hazelmere, this project involves the construction of a 16,000 m² dry goods warehouse with an adjoining 620 m² office space. FCDS is delivering Green Star Assessment and ESD consulting services, targeting a 5 Star Green Star certification.
