Since the completion of stage 1 works for the Cirque multi residential building, this project was the first multi-unit residential building in WA to achieve a 5 star Greenstar design rating for Australian Excellence in Sustainable design. The second 20 storey residential tower is all set to be occupied and boasts about 235 apartments and 4 commercial spaces with low toxicity finishes, sustainable materials and ample natural ventilation for improved indoor air quality. Being sustainable and substantially decreasing the embodied carbon emissions right from the construction to completion stages of construction was the primary motive for Stirling Capital to deliver this significant landmark in residential buildings across Perth’s CBD.
