The WA Government is delivering a landmark health infrastructure project with the development of a world-class Women and Babies Hospital within the Fiona Stanley Hospital precinct. The project will replace the ageing King Edward Memorial Hospital and expand critical care services for women, newborns and families across Western Australia.

FCDS was engaged during the early planning stages to provide ESD feasibility analysis and establish an ESD performance benchmark for the hospital. Our role focused on identifying sustainability opportunities across passive design, energy efficiency, water conservation and precinct-wide synergies, ensuring the project sets a robust foundation for future sustainable outcomes.
