Yuqi Yang

Yuqi Yang is a Sustainability Consultant and Green Star Accredited Professional at Full Circle Design Services. She holds a PhD in Landscape Architecture and a Master’s in Environmental Planning. Yuqi’s expertise lies at the intersection of landscape ecology, native biodiversity, and climate-responsive design, with a strong focus on embedding ecological resilience into urban environments.

With a background in scientific modelling and urban systems, Yuqi has an in-depth understanding of Perth’s climate, native plant communities, and environmental risk factors. At FCDS, she works across a broad range of projects, contributing to climate change risk and adaptation assessments, potable water calculations, MUSIC stormwater modelling, and Green Star Buildings certification.

As a qualified LCA modeller, Yuqi also undertakes Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for buildings and reviews design documentation to ensure alignment with sustainability benchmarks and planning frameworks. Her work bridges building construction science, policy, and performance—ensuring environmental outcomes are considered at every stage of the design and delivery process.
