The facility incorporates energy-efficient systems and sustainable materials, aligning with CEVA’s global commitment to environmental responsibility.

Located in Perth’s eastern industrial corridor, the 26 Nardine Close project involved the development of a purpose-built facility tailored for Steelforce. FCDS provided comprehensive Green Star Assessment and ESD consulting services, contributing to the project’s achievement of a 5 Star Green Star certification, signifying Australian Excellence in sustainable industrial design.

The facility spans approximately 8,401 m² and includes wide bays designed for efficient storage of long steel products. Engineering solutions were implemented to accommodate high crane traffic, enhancing operational efficiency and minimizing downtime. The development also features RAV7 access, facilitating seamless logistics operations .

The Hazelmere Interchange Warehouses Precinct, developed by Hesperia, encompasses multiple facilities including those for Lindsay Transport, Weir Minerals, and the Hazelmere Interchange. FCDS served as the Green Star Accredited Professional (GSAP) across a few Warehouses across this precinct, like Weir minerals, Lindsay transport to name a few among these projects, each achieving a 5 Star Green Star rating. The precinct has been recognized for its waterwise initiatives, setting a benchmark for sustainable industrial developments in Western Australia.

Situated at 96 Lakes Road, Hazelmere, this project involves the construction of a 16,000 m² dry goods warehouse with an adjoining 620 m² office space. FCDS is delivering Green Star Assessment and ESD consulting services, targeting a 5 Star Green Star certification. The facility is designed with sustainability at its core, incorporating energy-efficient systems and sustainable construction practices.

Bannister Road development includes two warehouses on a single lot with each warehouse compromising of office spaces. Located in Canning Vale, the Primewest Bannister Road industrial facility exemplifies sustainable innovation. FCDS provided comprehensive Green Star Assessment and ESD consulting, leading to a 5 Star Green Star Design & As Built certification. The project notably incorporated green concrete and conducted a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), achieving a 30% reduction in embodied carbon compared to traditional construction methods.
